		<description>Like I said, those naps/oversleeps are necessary.  You want to push your body, but it will get the best of you if you overdo it.

Always good to know of another, especially one that does weight training. 

I&#039;ve been on everyman for over 3 months now and would like to transition to Uberman, but work will not allow it. Perhaps in future.
