Meditation update 2 using 8 minutes

So after failing a few times trying to get my meditation habit started i finally founds something that works.
A pretty long time has passed since my last attempts but i didn't want to give up and some one recommended me the book 8 minute meditation.
I'm on week 2 now and so far its working great. I'm able to stick with it much easier than when i tried to make my own schedule and forcing my self to try all these different methods. And I'm already starting to see some results. It certainly is helping with polyphasic sleep recovery. Adding those 8 minutes of meditation every day seems to give me an extra boost kind of like taking a extra nap.
I will report back as i make it deeper into the weeks.
