Unlocking the Human Potential
The Goal of this Blog is to unlock as much as possible of the great human potential inside all of us. Starting with what is called Polyphasic Sleep(day 0 here). Its a first step outside of the box and a tweak to personal performance in this world.
The second step i have chosen is diet and exercise(Week 3 here). Keeping my body in shape is just as important as anything else when it comes to unlocking potential. Using P90X and correct Nutrition.
The third step is Meditation(day 1 here). Being able to focus and increase memory is another great tool in the arsenal to unlock the most of my potential.
The fourth step are nootropics. Increasing memory and clarity by adding chemicals the brain needs.
